Shipping policy

ENGLISH

Our store has a minimum of $45.00 for free shipping; this amount must be before taxes. 

Our customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.

Shipment

Shipments are made three days a week.

Address

We are not responsible for the package in case the client has provided the wrong or insufficient address. The address must be written correctly in all its parts.

The customer will have to pay for shipping if the item was returned for that reason and/or if their mailbox was inaccesible, preventing delivery.

Nuestra tienda cuenta con un mínimo de $45.00 para envió gratis, debe ser esta cantidad sin incluir los impuestos.

Nuestros clientes son responsables de cualquier tarifa de envío por devolución. 

Envío

Se realizan envíos tres días por semana.

Dirección 

No somos responsables del paquete en caso de que el cliente  haya brindado la dirección erróneamente o insuficiente. La dirección debe estar escrita correctamente en todas sus partes. 

El cliente deberá pagar envío si el artículo fue devuelto por ese motivo y/o si su buzón estuviera inaccesible, que impida la entrega del mismo.
